Elizabeth practices environmental and administrative law in the Washington, D.C. office, with a particular focus on the Clean Air Act. She assists clients with all aspects of regulation, including participation in rulemaking, litigation, and compliance.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Elizabeth was a summer associate with Hunton in 2010. In summer 2009, she was a judicial intern in the Chambers of the Honorable Henry H. Kennedy, Jr., U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
- Provides assistance to client challenges to the Cross State Air Pollution Rule and Utility MACT Rule in the DC Circuit.
- Counsels clients on Clean Air Act compliance and permitting requirements.
- Analyzes and advises clients on emerging U.S. climate change laws and regulations at the state and federal levels.
- Advises clients on the scope and regulatory requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and other administrative laws.
