Complimentary OFCCP Workshop: Everything You Need to be Compliant in 2014

Thursday, February 6, 2014

Whether your company is an experienced contractor or new to OFCCP obligations, now is the time to learn about the OFCCP’s evolving rules and priorities. In seven distinct sessions (attend one or many), we will cover all you need to know to be compliant with OFCCP obligations.

Who should attend?

Affirmative action and equal employment specialists, human resources professionals, hiring managers, recruiters and talent acquisition staff, compensation managers and directors, in-house counsel.

Why participate?

The OFCCP has been a hotbed of activity. Two new significant sets of regulations go into effect on March 24, 2014, which impose new and extensive obligations towards veterans and disabled persons. Significant changes were made in 2013 to OFCCP compensation reviews, and a great deal of mystery still surrounds their process. Core obligations like applicant tracking, outreach and job listings remain a priority in OFCCP audits.

Our legal team has extensive, in-the-trenches experience defending OFCCP audits. We can tell you what to expect from audits this year and how to best prepare for them.
