Carter Coker Named To ABA House of Delegates, Under 36

DC Bar members elected Carter Coker to a two-year term as the Bar’s Under 36 representative to the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association. The House of Delegates has the ultimate responsibility for establishing Association policy, both as to the administration of the Association and its positions on professional and public issues.
