The US Stimulus Plan does not provide significant monies to provide support for the more than $2.2 trillion needed to improve the USA's transportation infrastructure, Fernando Alonso tells Iberian Lawyer. Alonso, who chairs the Latin America practice of Hunton & Williams, has practiced in the corporate and securities, banking and international fields for more than 20 years.
