Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises IDB Invest in TTD $250 Million Financing Transaction with RBC Royal Bank (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited

On December 1, 2020, the Inter-American Investment Corporation (“IDB Invest”) closed on a $250 million Trinidad & Tobago Dollar denominated credit facility from RBC Royal Bank (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited (“RBC”). The proceeds of the loan were used by IDB Invest to fund a secured senior $250 million Trinidad & Tobago Dollar denominated loan facility to Home Mortgage Bank based in Trinidad & Tobago.
