Hunton & Williams Advises on $300 million Floating Rate Senior Notes Offering by Utility Holding Company

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with the sale by a utility holding company of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes in a private placement under Regulation S and Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, to eligible purchasers.
