Hunton & Williams LLP acted as counsel to KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., as remarketing agent, for the remarketing of $25,000,000 aggregate principal amount of City of Lawrenceburg, Indiana Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (Indiana Michigan Power Company Project), Series I.
