Hunton & Williams Advises Savanna in $275M Sale of 100 Wall Street to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors

NEW YORK — Hunton & Williams LLP represented Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity and asset management firm, in the sale of 100 Wall Street in Lower Manhattan to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for $275 million. Savanna acquired the Class A, 29-story office building located in 2011 and had made significant capital improvements during its ownership.
The legal team representing Savanna was led by partner Laurie A. Grasso and included Susan L. Saslow and Ian J. Group.
