Hunton & Williams LLP launches The Nickel Report, https://www.huntonnickelreportblog.com, a law blog created for general counsel, in-house counsel, and industry leaders to provide updates and analysis on key energy and environmental issues. The blog is named in honor of Hunton & Williams’ own Henry V. Nickel, whose decades-long thought leadership helped shape modern environmental law and policy.

The Nickel Report addresses general issues and breaking news across the full spectrum of environmental law. Areas of emphasis will include air, climate, coal, endangered species, EPA, mining, chemicals, manufacturing, natural resources, oil & gas, policy, utilities, waste, water, and other relevant industry news or cases. Content also includes articles authored by energy and environmental lawyers and relevant posts from such practices as real estate, retail, labor, cybersecurity, and privacy.

“We’re very excited about The Nickel Report,” said Bill Wehrum, head of the firm’s administrative law group and environmental practice. “We will be providing a high-level perspective on a wide-range of important issues.”

Section editors for The Nickel Report are Aaron Flynn for environmental, Andrew Turner for natural resources, and Fred Eames for regulated industries and government relations. Subscribe to The Nickel Report to receive alerts of new entries and to stay on top of industry trends.
