MIAMI — November 15, 2012 — Hunton & Williams LLP proudly announces Miami partners Juan C. Enjamio and Thomas R. Julin have been recognized as South Florida Business Journal Key Partners Awards honorees.

Juan C. Enjamio is co-head of the firm's labor and employment team in Miami and managing partner of the firm’s Miami office. Enjamio regularly represents domestic and international clients in discrimination and harassment lawsuits, wage and hour collective actions, ERISA litigation and enforcement of noncompetition agreements, and counsels domestic and international clients on employment, labor and commercial issues. He has extensive experience in international litigation, complex commercial litigation, and defense of class actions.

Thomas R. Julin heads the firm's national First Amendment practice. He recently represented the country's largest health information publishers in challenges to three state laws that prohibited data mining for targeted marketing. The litigation resulted in a U.S. Supreme Court decision holding that such laws violate the First Amendment and an attorneys' fee award that is the largest of its type in U.S. history. He is now representing nine large law firms in challenging the constitutionality of proposed Florida rules to regulate lawyer websites.
