Richard Warren, who joined the firm in Richmond in 2007, primarily represents public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Hunton & Williams, Warren practiced at Goodmans LLP in Toronto and remains licensed to practice law in Ontario. Warren also advises clients in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance and general commercial matters. In addition to his corporate practice, Warren has consistently and significantly exceeded the firm's pro bono and community service goals. He received a BA from McMaster University, JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and LLM from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Sittiporn Thanyarattana, who joined the firm in Bangkok in 1998, concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, project finance, business reorganization, energy-related transactions, and the negotiation and documentation of commercial transactions. He represents domestic and international clients, and has taken an integral role in many of the Bangkok office practice’s complex and demanding assign¬ments. Thanyarattana is qualified to practice law in Thailand. He received an LLB degree from Thammasat University and an LLM degree from Washington University.
