NEW YORK — April 26, 2013 — Hunton & Williams LLP advised EBNB 70 Pine Owner LLC, a joint venture among affiliates of Eastbridge Sarl, Rose Associates and AG Insurance NV/SA, in connection with a $300 million construction loan with respect to 70 Pine Street, the former headquarters of AIG.

The venture is in the process of converting the landmark skyscraper to apartments.

The Hunton & Williams legal team was led by Carl F. Schwartz, chair of the New York real estate practice, partner Laurie A. Grasso in New York, and New York associate Matthew A. Scoville. Virginia-based partner Cameron N. Cosby provided counsel on tax issues.
