Selected from hundreds of nominees, award recipients were judged on career accomplishments, as well as their service to the community.

Delionado's practice focuses on business and financial institution litigation with an emphasis on internal investigations. He regularly represents Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions and health care companies in white collar, complex enforcement matters, including fair lending and anti-money laundering issues, and class actions. Delionado has led investigations into potential cyber intrusions, extortions, and computer breach events for Fortune 500, major multinational, and health care companies, including investigation into two of the largest reported credit card hacking events in retail history. He has also led several internal investigations into financial crimes, theft of trade secrets, and health care fraud.

Delionado is the former chair of the Southern District of Florida, Ad Hoc Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Review and Attorney Grievance; a member of Miami Electronic Crimes Task Force (ECTF); and Southern District Florida, Committee for Reappointment of Magistrate Judges. He is a frequent speaker on data breach events and fair lending enforcement. Delionado is the hiring partner at the firm’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Associates Committee.
