Charlotte, N.C. — July 14, 2009 — Hunton & Williams LLP is pleased to announce Michael Nedzbala has been appointed the new Office Managing Partner of its office in Charlotte. Nedzbala is a nationally known capital markets lawyer, who joined Hunton & Williams following graduation from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1987. Nedzbala, who co-heads the firm's asset securitization practice, will maintain his active corporate business practice.

The Charlotte office of Hunton & Williams was established in 1995 and is home to nearly 50 lawyers serving the regional and global needs of its clients.
