Report Tackles Unique Questions Of Bankruptcy Ethics

Michael P. Richman was quoted in Law360 commenting on a report unveiled at the American Bankruptcy Institute's spring meeting that aims to bridge discrepancies between general legal ethics rules and the unique realities of bankruptcy practice. The report was prepared by the institute's National Ethics Task Force, of which Richman is co-vice chair. Richman focuses his practice on representing Chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees and advises on virtually every aspect of financial distress and bankruptcy.
