Fernando Alonso tells Iberian Lawyer that cash-strapped authorities are more willing to accept unsolicited proposals to fund US infrastructure projects. Alonso, who chairs the Latin America practice of Hunton & Williams, has practiced in the corporate and securities, banking and international fields for more than 20 years.
