Haas, a partner at Hunton & Williams and co-head of the firm’s M&A practice, has been recognized nationally for his M&A and corporate governance practices and regularly advises companies and their boards of directors on governance and transaction matters. He is the co-editor and contributing author of Corporate Governance: Law and Practice (LexisNexis) and co-author of Goolsby & Haas on Virginia Corporations, which is the definitive guide to Virginia corporation law.
