CHARLOTTE, NC — April 2, 2013 — The Access to Justice Pro Bono Partners Program of Legal Services of Southern Piedmont and Legal Aid of North Carolina–Charlotte named Hunton & Williams LLP partners Robert Hahn and Brent Rosser and associate Landon Eustache to the organization's 2012 Pro Bono Honor Roll. This honor recognizes lawyers who donated at least 20 hours of pro bono service or closed three or more pro bono cases for the program’s clients in 2012.

"The firm is delighted that Bob, Brent, and Landon received this recognition, as each have played a key role in helping provide access to justice to low-income clients in our community," said Mike Nedzbala, Charlotte office managing partner.

Rosser focuses on commercial and environmental litigation. He has substantial experience in defending actions involving environmental, consumer finance law, contract, banking, construction and product liability disputes. Hahn's experience includes financing auto loans, credit card receivables, equipment leases and loans, trade receivables, tax liens, portfolios of single family rental properties and other assets. Eustache has significant experience in transactional work for financial institutions, including secondary market debt and equity trading, syndicated credit facilities and derivatives transactions.

In 2013, Hunton & Williams was named among nine firms selected to The National Law Journal's Pro Bono "Hot List" and is one of only two firms on the list that participates in medical-legal partnerships which create a health-legal services safety net for low-income and vulnerable population. The firm maintains three neighborhood offices in Richmond and Charlottesville, Virginia, and in Atlanta solely dedicated to pro bono services for low-income individuals.
