At the American Farm Bureau Federation’s recent 95th Annual Convention, Virginia Albrecht emphasized the need for farmers to speak up about a soon-to-be-released EPA regulation that will increase the Clean Water Act’s scope, making it significantly important to them. Albrecht’s practice focuses exclusively on environmental law and administrative law, in particular, the Clean Water Act wetlands program, the Endangered Species Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and other federal regulatory programs that affect the use of land.
