Speaking with SHRM.org on the FLSA Overtime Rule, Ryan Glasgow says that unless the DOL’s new overtime rule is enjoined as a result of pending litigation, employers should continue to prepare for the December 1st overtime rule effective date because it will take months, if not longer, for Mr. Trump and his Secretary of Labor to make changes to the new rule.
