Speaking with Lodging Magazine on the future of the Department of Labor’s overtime rule, Ryan Glasgow says that, unless the rule is enjoined by a federal court, the rule will be in effect for two months before President-elect Trump is inaugurated, leaving Trump with the tough decision of whether to walk back the salary increase, which in turn would create employee relations challenges for employers.
