Ida is an associate in the firm’s capital finance and real estate team. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, leasing, and loan workouts and restructurings.
Prior to joining Hunton & Williams, Ida practiced with several large law firms, and was associate general counsel at a real estate investment company.
Represented EBNB 70 Pine Owner LLC, a joint venture between DTH Capital and Rose Associates, in connection with a combined $375 million mortgage and mezzanine loan for 70 Pine Street in Manhattan. The owners have successfully converted the one-million-square-foot landmark building into 612 residential apartments and a hotel, with additional restaurant and retail components
Represented a real estate investment company in connection with acquisitions of properties throughout the United States and LIHTC investments.
Represented a joint venture between two real estate investment companies in the acquisition, financing and development of 701 Seventh Avenue, New York.
Represented a real estate investment company in the acquisition of 1372 Broadway, New York.
Represented numerous landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of office and retail space in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including, the landlord in connection with the initial lease-up of 250 West 55th Street, New York.
Represented lenders in connection with mezzanine and mortgage secured financings.
Represented the developer in the development and financing of the World Trade Center, New York.
Represented numerous private real estate investment companies in the acquisition and disposition of hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes, condominiums and retail centers.
