Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP partner Jennifer “Jendy” Daglio was featured in Structured Finance Association’s 2026 Women in Securitization (WiS) Week Series. Daglio is a partner on the firm’s Structured Finance and Securitization team. Her practice focuses on complex capital markets financing transactions, where she represents lenders and borrowers in warehouse and repurchase facilities, initial purchasers and issuers in servicing advance facilities, and investors in excess servicing spread transactions. Daglio also represents clients in acquiring, developing, and maintaining correspondent lending platforms for forward and reverse residential mortgages. She regularly advises banks, private credit funds, and specialty finance enterprises through all stages of a transaction from structuring through closing and post-closing amendments. She has extensive experience in the formation of titling trusts, including participation trusts, series trusts and SUBI structures.
