The second edition of the Privacy and Cybersecurity Law Deskbook (Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S.) has now been released. This major treatise, for which Lisa Sotto, head of the firm’s global privacy and cybersecurity practice, was a lead author, has become an essential tool for those involved in managing privacy and cybersecurity law issues. Members of the global practice group also contributed to the Deskbook.
In addition to the print version, the Deskbook’s second edition is also available through Cheetah, Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory’s proprietary research platform.
“The treatise provides a roadmap to comply with global data protection laws, navigate and comply with state breach notification requirements, and stay informed on emerging legal trends,” said Sotto.
The Second Edition has been updated to include:
Hunton & Williams’ award-winning global privacy and cybersecurity practice focuses on all aspects of privacy, data protection, cybersecurity and information governance for multinational companies across a broad range of industry sectors. The practice is recognized by Chambers Global, Chambers UK and Chambers USA as a Tier 1 firm; and Computerworld magazine recognized Hunton & Williams as the best global privacy advisor in each of its four surveys.
