The presentation will highlight trademark issues relating to licensing, search engines and new media, including key word advertising, metatags, and user generated contact (UGC). We will also discuss recent developments in copyright law including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, transfers and licenses of copyrights, and protection of products and designs.
