June 9, 2010, Hunton & Williams and CantorCO2e co-hosted the seminar "AB 32 Under Attack? US EPA GHG Regulation Looms" at the Millennium Biltmore in Los Angeles.

The seminar included approximately 65 attendees from different sectors of the economy, interested in getting a sense of where various stakeholders expect we are going from here with AB 32.

Special thanks to our outside speakers, including, James Goldstene (California Air Resources Board), Harold Buchanan (CE2 Capital Partners LLC), Michael Hertel (So. Cal. Edison Co.), K.C. Bishop III, Ph.D.(Chevron Corporation), and Michael Ruffatto (North American Power Group); Josh Margolis and Allan Bedwell (Cantor CO2e); and the above-listed Hunton & Williams speakers for sharing their insights with our audience.
