The Centre for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL) and Hunton & Williams, in partnership with AvePoint, invite you to a breakfast briefing on the developing conversation around the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a follow up to their joint GDPR readiness survey released last year, Hunton & Williams’ Partner Aaron Simpson, CIPL President Bojana Bellamy and AvePoint Chief Compliance & Risk Officer Dana Simberkoff will lead an interactive discussion with participants and explore further the key issues that organisations need to address to prepare for the GDPR, including breach notification, legitimate interest, DPIAs and data transfers.
