Ian Band provides commentary about new visa vetting procedures that has created a level of uncertainty with immigration lawyers and their clients. Band tells the Daily Journal, “ If you lean toward the side of not trusting what they’re doing then… perhaps they’ve already made the decision and the form is just going to be the paper trail… [T]he other way of looking at it is you still could get the visa if you fill everything out and it’s accurate and they don’t find any inconsistencies.”
