RALEIGH, N.C. – More than 50 Hunton & Williams LLP attorneys and staff from the Raleigh office will put on their hard hats to help build a Habitat for Humanity House in Raleigh. The building blitz will take place Thursday, April 17, through Saturday, April 19, at the Dowling Ridge project site, located off Poole Road. The project is part of Habitat for Humanity of Wake County which is celebrating its 20th year of service.

"We are excited to once again be working with our friends at Habitat for Humanity," says William S. Patterson, managing partner of the Raleigh office of Hunton & Williams. "At Hunton & Williams, we encourage our attorneys and staff to be active leaders in the community and to work together to help those in need in the Raleigh area. This is a great opportunity for us to work together outside of the office and make a difference in our own backyard."

Attorneys and staff will take time away from the office to work together at the project site on Thursday and Friday, as well as continue their work this Saturday. There are currently three Habitat houses under construction at the Dowling Ridge site. Last year the Hunton & Williams' team worked with Habitat to install roofing and vinyl siding on a house at another project site.
