Hunton & Williams LLP is pleased to announce the signing of a lease for its new location in Tysons, Virginia. The firm has designed this space to meet the specific needs of its clients in a first-class setting.

“I am excited to announce the signing of our new lease,” says real estate partner John McGranahan, who represents numerous Northern Virginia property owners, companies and investors. “With this space, we will continue to represent clients throughout the vibrant Northern Virginia market at the highest level, as we have done since Hunton &Williams first opened offices here in 1984.”

The firm is leasing, designing and building out a new client center at 8405 Greensboro Drive in Tysons, with convenient access to Metro, the Capital Beltway and the Dulles Airport Access Road. The client center will provide full concierge service to the firm’s clients for meetings, closings, seminars, receptions, special events and full litigation support, including depositions, mediations and trial preparation. The move is part of a broader real estate strategy of consolidating its lawyers at the firm’s 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue location in DC, while continuing to offer the full spectrum of client service opportunities in Tysons.

“Each of our offices around the world has a designated conference area, where we provide attractive and comfortable environments for our clients to conduct business,” said Jacob Kerkhoff, the firm’s chief administrative officer. “With our new location in Tysons, we are being smart about our real estate and getting the best of both worlds ― the collaboration and synergy of having 175 lawyers in DC, together with Class A space in Tysons to continue serving the Northern Virginia market.”
