Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently advised long-term client Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) in an SEC-registered debt offering of $4.75 billion principal amount of senior notes.

The offering included $750 million 4.750% notes due 2027, $1 billion 4.875% notes due 2029, $1.25 billion 5.125% notes due 2031 and $1.75 billion 5.250% notes due 2034.
