Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on AEP Texas Inc. $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with AEP Texas Inc.’s (“AEP Texas”) 144A/Reg. S issuance of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes.
AEP Texas is a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc. AEP Texas is engaged in the transmission and distribution of electric power to approximately 1,030,000 retail customers through retail electric providers in southern, western and central Texas.
