Hunton & Williams LLP Represents Spaulding & Slye Investments in $30M Office Building Sale

WASHINGTON — October 17, 2013 — Hunton & Williams LLP advised Spaulding & Slye Investments in its $30 million sale of The Eisenberg Building in Rockville, Maryland to First Potomac Realty Trust.
The Eisenberg Building, a Class "A" office building containing 133,895 rentable square feet, is located in the Redland Corporate Center at 540 Gaither Road in Rockville, Maryland, and was constructed in 2003 as the "build-to-suit" headquarters for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the health services research arm of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
