Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that Ann Marie Mortimer was named a 2023 Inspirational Women nominee at the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing Inspirational Women Forum & Leadership Awards.

The 2023 Inspirational Women list celebrates “400+ nominees from corporations and nonprofit organizations who have demonstrated noteworthy success and accomplishments over the last 24 months.

Mortimer is founder and managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office, head of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice and a member of the firm’s executive committee. A strategic problem solver and litigator focused on high-stakes cases, Mortimer focuses on complex commercial litigation including novel cybersecurity disputes and has represented global brands in cases with precedent setting results. Over the last year, several of her high profile retail and financial clients received dismissals of data breach class actions. She has also led litigation of complex environmental claims impacting various municipalities, including an eight-week trial representing Tributary Agencies Group in a dispute with the cities of San Jose and Santa Clara over implementation of contracts that govern the Regional Wastewater Facility, which treats wastewater prior to release into the San Francisco Bay.
