The Section of Antitrust Law is the leading professional organization for antitrust and competition law, trade regulation, consumer protection and economics.

Amanda L. Wait

Amanda L. Wait, partner and head of our competition and consumer protection practice, will serve on the Council of the Section of Antitrust Law. Wait develops creative strategies for clients contemplating or undergoing mergers in the retail and energy sectors, combining her in-depth knowledge of agency practice with a business-focused approach.

Phyllis Marcus

Phyllis Marcus, partner, will serve as co-chair of the Section’s Privacy & Information Security Committee. Marcus counsels clients on advertising, consumer protection and privacy matters. Her privacy experience includes counseling clients on compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Rule and cutting-edge issues relating to mobile commerce and mobile applications.

Leslie Kostyshak

Leslie Kostyshak, partner, will serve as vice chair of the Cartel & Criminal Practice Committee of the Section of Antitrust Law. Kostyshak’s practice focuses on antitrust, consumer class actions and other complex commercial litigation at the trial level in state and federal courts throughout the country. She also conducts internal investigations, represents corporate and individual clients in Department of Justice criminal investigations, and guides companies through approval by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
