Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that counsel Rachel Northup has been honored as one of the “Go To Lawyers” for business law by Virginia’s Lawyers Weekly. Now in its third year, the program recognizes leading lawyers in a particular field.

Nominees were selected using six criteria, including those who experience a record of success, a lawyer to whom other lawyers make referrals and someone who can think creatively, among other characteristics.

Northup represents public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. She is based in the Richmond office and was a law clerk for The Honorable Elizabeth B. Lacy of the Supreme Court of Virginia prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth.

Honorees will appear in a special section of Virginia Lawyers Weekly in the April 18th issue.
