Garrett’s prior experience serving as Special Advisor for Oversight at US EPA Headquarters and as Counsel for Oversight and Investigations on the US House of Representatives’ Committee on Natural Resources contributes to his skill in advocating for clients on key issues before Congress, the White House, and federal agencies.

  • Represented a national supplier of automobile parts in Clean Air Act mobile enforcement defense.
  • Advised private capital groups during the consideration of environmental and energy-related acquisition of companies.
