Rachael’s practice focuses on navigating federal and state consumer protection statutes and regulations affecting clients in the financial services industry. She advises lenders, servicers, banks and financial service providers in complying with federal and state laws impacting lending and servicing operations, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act (RESPA), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA),Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), related regulations and other consumer protection laws.

Rachael is admitted to practice in Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
