With the recent end to the COVID-19 National Emergency and anticipated near-end to Public Health Emergency, plan sponsors should begin preparing now for these upcoming changes that will impact their plan’s HIPAA, COBRA, claims and appeals, and other deadlines as well as the cost-sharing requirements for COVID-related testing.
