Hunton’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team is seeking an associate with two to four years of legal experience to join its nationally recognized practice in Austin. Candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas: executive compensation, ESOP transactions, and employee benefits, including equity plans, executive employment arrangements, compensatory partnership interests, and related matters. We also welcome associates who are interested in building a specialty in this sophisticated and growing area of practice and encourage candidates with strong transferable skills who are eager to learn, grow, and develop a highly marketable niche. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial team, work on a broad range of matters, and build experience across all areas of executive compensation and employee benefits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and an interest in joining a collaborative, high-performing practice. This position is based in our Austin, Texas office, and relocation expenses will be covered for candidates moving to Austin for the role.
