Hunton & Williams LLP named among Top 100 "Best Companies" list by Florida Trend magazine

MIAMI — July 24, 2012 — Hunton & Williams LLP was named among Florida's Top 100 "Best Companies to Work For" by Florida Trend magazine for a third year in a row. The list appears in the August 2012 edition of Florida Trend and ranks Hunton & Williams LLP 9th among 27 large companies (250 or more employees) honored. One-hundred companies were recognized in small, medium and large company categories.

The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The confidential employee survey measured workplace satisfaction in a variety of areas, including leadership and planning, culture and communications, work environment, relationships with supervisors, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall engagement. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
