Since joining the firm’s Miami office in 2005, Delionado has held a number of leadership roles, serving 12 years as the office’s hiring partner and 8 years on the firm’s associates committee before becoming the Miami managing partner in 2025. Delionado focuses his practice on a range of complex litigation matters, including internal investigations, financial institution defense, and cybersecurity matters. He frequently represents Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and government contractors in investigations, class actions, and regulatory proceedings. He has also led numerous governmental and internal investigations into a wide range of matters, including financial crimes, insider abuses, consumer protection violations, whistleblower matters, and bribery allegations.
