In Part II of this two-part webinar, Hunton Andrews Kurth Partner Carleton Goss, Counsel Jennifer Daglio, and Associates Betsy Montague and Eric Fidel will discuss the Basel III Endgame proposal. The presentation will cover key elements of Basel III Endgame, including the proposed introduction of the Expanded Risk-Based Approach in lieu of the existing internal models approach and the proposed expansion of existing capital rules to banks with at least $100 billion in total assets.
