Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is proud to announce that partner Brit Mohler Dufilho has been appointed co-head of the firm’s structured finance and securitization practice and will serve alongside partner Brent Lewis. She steps into the role previously held by Mike Nedzbala who has served as co-head for more than 20 years.
Dufilho’s practice focuses on the representation of servicers, investment banks, funds, and other lenders in connection with securitizations and other financings of residential servicing rights, as well as purchases of excess servicing spread. She is adept at navigating clients through a variety of asset securitization and other structured finance transactions. In addition to her role as practice co-head, Dufilho also serves as co-chair of the firm’s financial services industry team and the firm’s inclusion committee.
“We are pleased to welcome Brit into her new role and are confident that her extensive experience and dedication will further the firm’s commitment to excellence and outstanding client service,” said managing partner Sam Danon. “We also extend our sincere appreciation to Mike for his exceptional leadership and lasting contributions to the firm’s growth and success.”
